The Coordinator's role is to ensure that all students working on the Personal Project have access to the support and documentation that they need to be successful.
The responsibilities of the personal project coordinator are:
- to lead the implementation, organisation and management of the projects in the school
- to communicate the timeline for completing the personal project
- to communicate expectations and provide clarification as needed
- to facilitate the process of submitting the report, bibliography and academic integrity form.
Responsibilities to students:
- to assign or facilitate the selection of a supervisor
- to explain the role of the supervisor in supporting the personal project.
Responsibilities to the supervisor:
- to provide access to relevant guidance from the personal project guide and the Teacher Support Materials
- to facilitate the process of standardisation and assessment
- share or provide results of the subject report and internal assessment feedback report for samples submitted for moderation.
