In partnership with World Book Day, we’ve asked authors and illustrators about their stories, why they love reading, and what books they’d recommend.

“The little bird enjoys the blossoms of his maple tree high above the ground. All of a sudden, a mysterious humming sound sends the little bird on a journey to a magical world of flowers and bees.

“However, the red fox is not far away and tries to catch the little bird. Little does the red troublemaker know that a rather unpleasant surprise awaits him at the beehive.”

"The Aliens are lost and floating aimlessly in space. They bumped into an asteroid and it jarred and jammed all the control panels. They need to get them all reset, so they can restart the spaceship, adjust the navigation and break out of outer space."
