If you are learning at home, here are a variety of things you can do. If you are in Grades 3, 4 or 5 you can access SORA from home and read a book or magazine. There is a helpful video below that shows you how to do this. Our younger readers can access our Tumblebook Library, and again there is a video below to show you how to do this.
There are a number of other activities on this page and they are all optional. You can choose anything that interests you.
Two important things to remember.

Can you generate a story of your own? What five things will you choose? How will you choose to tell your story? You could write it, draw it, act it out, create a puppet show........ Let your imagination run wild.

Before you start, look at the cover, title, and pictures to help you make a prediction of what the book might be about.
Here are some things to think about while you are listening,
Step 1: Install the Sora app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or go to soraapp.com.
Step 2: In Sora, find Swiss Group of International Schools, then sign in with the ICSZ Google account
Step 3: Browse the Explore tab and borrow a book. Your book will open so you can start reading right away.
Step 4: Close the book and go to Shelf to see all your books (including assignments). From there, you can:
Select Open Book or Open Audiobook to read or listen to the book.
Select Options to renew or return the book, see your notes and highlights, and more.

Look at this amazing artwork, created in the snow. What can you use to make patterns in the snow? What can you create? If you don't have snow, what might you use instead?
Have you ever wondered what panda's do in the snow? Watch this video and then go outside and be a panda. Can you persuade someone else to go outside and be a panda with you too.
